My name is Pedro Rubio and I was born in Washington, D.C. After finishing my undergraduate business program at American University, I enrolled at Georgetown University graduate program, I worked as the Team Lead for a U.S. Government Agency. I'm the first person in my whole family to graduate college. Looking at my life from the outside in, you’d probably guess I was content.
But the reality is that I was living half the life I could have been. I knew vaguely what I wanted for my life, but there never seemed to be enough time to nail it down. I was so busy keeping on top of the regular day-to-day that it seemed near impossible to step back long enough to look at the bigger picture.
Creating a life plan with a certified LifePlan Facilitator was the first step that set into motion a whole new existence. When you make the conscious decision to change your life, it’s like the world “takes your side.”
By working with a life plan facilitator, I learned:
How to manage my time. Instead of constantly feeling like I was playing catch-up, I became the one in control of my day.
How to replenish myself physically, emotionally, intellectually, spiritually, and creatively. If you aren’t able to take care of yourself, you’ll never be able to reach your goals or be of service to others.
How to bring purpose, adventure, and clarity into my life.
Six months after completing my plan, I quit my job to focus on the entrepreneurial idea I’d always daydreamed about pursuing. One year later, it had become a six-figure business. I also created a nonprofit that benefits at-risk kids and became part of the fight to end modern-day slavery. I became the master of my own time, waking up with gratitude for the changes in my life.
My passion then shifted and sharpened in the direction of helping others to achieve the same radical changes that I had. In order to help others revitalize their lives, I was trained and certified by the Paterson Center as a LifePlan facilitator.
After my certification, I continued to live and breathe personal development. I took what I thought was most useful from the 100+ books and other training materials I consumed to develop The Blueprint Process. It’s everything I used to change my life, designed in an efficiently digestible format.
All of the decisions, experiences, and ideas you’ve ever had have brought you to this point.
Reading this, it’s not a coincidence that the experiences of mine brought me to write this and for you to see it.
